How much do you spend at the pub or on a meal without battering an eye-lid? So why hesitate when it comes to investing in your health?!

I want to make it easy for you to get started so I have kept my prices simple and upfront. There is no monthly commitment, no confusing packages, no hidden costs and no need to fill out any paperwork before finding out what I charge.

I offer sessions at various times of the day including very early morning from 5.30am until 10pm at night. Weekend slots are also available. I will also be as flexible as possible if the same time does not work for you each week eg. Shift work.

A free consultation is included with all packages which will be prior to your first PT session.

Whilst you will get the most out of having sessions weekly/ twice weekly, if this is not possible then please contact me and we can try to find a way to make it work for you.

1-2-1 Bespoke Training Sessions

1 Hour = £50

Includes:

  • Free consultation (Phone / zoom) including goal-setting assistance;

  • One hour 1-2-1 session with me;

  • Private gym studio with a large amount of equipment, privacy, heating, fans, toilet facilities, parking outside and non-weather dependent;

  • Tailored exercise programme (for your sessions);

  • Fundamental work e.g. core engagement, posture check, breath work

  • Continuous support throughout your programme;

  • Healthy eating and lifestyle guidance.

Block Booking Discount

Block of 12 sessions

= £540

Book a block of 12 one-to-one PT sessions and receive a discount. Full amount to be paid in advance of your first session.

Works out at £45 per session, saving £60 and getting more than one session free!

But don’t have the time or money for regular PT sessions? Or not sure if PT is (or I am) for you and want to test it before committing?

ONE-OFF SESSION

75 minutes = £75

90 minutes = £90

These sessions are slightly longer to give us more chance to include the main things you want to go over, which the price reflects this. If we don’t get through everything then follow-up sessions are charged at the usual rate of £50 for 1 hour or you can still opt for one of the longer options above to fit more in.

Includes: Free consultation, considering your goals, a tailored session and still going over fundamentals i.e. breathing, core engagement and posture.


SHARE THE COST

2 people = £30pp

3 people = £25pp

Training with a friend means you can share the cost, motivate each other and it can make training even more fun!

You will still get a consultation each, the one hour sessions will still be held in the studio and be tailored to take into account your individual goals, fitness levels and preferences.

Refer a friend discount

If you are a current client and refer a friend to me as a new client who completes 4 sessions or more, (or signs up to a block booking) you receive a free 1 hour session after their payment has been received.
